At Log Cabin Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden structures. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the cabin or structure is securely repacked in its original shipping crates and placed in an accessible area for our heavy-freight carrier.

• 3.
  Scheduled Pickup

  Our logistics partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient date and time to collect the palletized shipment from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned components for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
